Popover Pizza

Ike invented a new recipe. When I asked him if he wanted to make Popovers he had an idea. "what if we cut it in half, put cheese on one side and sauce on the other." He wanted to use barbecue sauce but I talked him into Pizza sauce. But I told him that's how we develop recipe's we experiment with different ways of making it. We even put some grated cheese in the batter for the last Popover to see if that was a better way to eat it.

Popover Recipe

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3-4 eggs

Mix and bake 400 degrees for 30 mins.

While still hot, cut open and add half a slice of cheese on one side and pizza sauce on the other. Close it up eat it. "mom you know what, it is really good!"
